Our preferred shipping method is Canada Post Xpresspost for all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling $140 or more. For orders under $140, customers from the provinces of BC, AB, SK, and MB will be charged a flat fee of $15, while customers from all other provinces and territories will be charged a flat fee of $20. This ensures that you receive your items conveniently and affordably, regardless of your location.

In the event that you haven’t received your order within 2 days of the estimated arrival time, kindly reach out to us at [email protected]. We are committed to assisting you in locating your order and resolving any issues that may arise.

For orders that are deemed unrecoverable, we will promptly send out an identical replacement. However, please note that this guarantee does not apply to Northern Quebec and the Canadian Territories, as we have experienced a high number of lost or unrecoverable packages in these areas.

We kindly request that you remain mindful of any holidays or events that may occur between the shipping and arrival dates. It is advisable to consider additional delivery time during such periods.

It is crucial to carefully review your shipping information and ensure its accuracy. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide reimbursement for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address due to errors made by the customer in providing the shipping address. Please take the time to double-check and verify all shipping details to avoid any inconvenience.

Step 1 – Explore our Shop

Begin by visiting our Shop and peruse the wide array of items available. Select the desired products and effortlessly add them to your cart.

Step 2 – Review Your Cart

To ensure accuracy, locate the cart icon at the top right of the screen. Click on it to view your chosen items. Take a moment to verify their correctness. When satisfied, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Step 3 – Billing and Shipping Details

Provide your Billing and Shipping Information in the designated fields. If you wish to ship to an address different from your billing address, kindly check the “Shipping to a different address” box. For returning members, your information will be conveniently autofilled. However, if any changes are necessary, please make them at this stage. Please note that orders shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate shipping information will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Step 4 – Confirm Your Order

Prior to finalizing your purchase, take a moment to read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions. Simply mark the checkbox to indicate your agreement. To proceed, click “Place Order.”

Step 5 – Complete Payment

Navigate to the E-transfer page on your banking website. Fill out the required fields with the information provided after placing your order. This step will enable you to promptly send the payment.
