How much are the shipping fees?
We offer convenient shipping options through Canada Post Xpresspost. For our valued customers, orders totaling $140 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under $140, a flat fee of $15 applies to customers residing in the provinces of BC, AB, SK, MB, while a flat fee of $20 applies to all other provinces and territories.
How long will deliveries take?
The delivery timeframe depends on your shipping location. We rely on Canada Post Xpresspost, a reliable service that typically delivers within 2-3 days. To stay updated on your order’s progress, simply use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Visit CanadaPost.ca and enter the tracking number in the designated field to track your package seamlessly.
What if my package did not arrive?
If your order does not arrive within 2 days of the estimated delivery time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We are committed to assisting you in locating your order and resolving any issues that may arise.
In the event that an order is deemed unrecoverable, we will promptly send out an identical replacement order. However, please note that this guarantee does not extend to Northern Quebec and the Canadian Territories. Due to a high incidence of lost or unrecoverable packages in these areas, exceptions apply.
It is important to be mindful of any holidays or events that may occur between your shipping and arrival dates. Kindly consider adding extra delivery time accordingly to account for potential delays.
